    Product Advantage

    The load bank is made in container type, with hanging ring on top of container, easy to hoist and transport. There are processes of anti corrosion, anti salty spray and anti fungal according to requirement of easy sea-transported container. The case is sanded and derusted, sprayed with thermo-stable insulating coat, and sprayed with ship special paint outside. Considering cooling, hoisting transportation, components distribution and so on, load bank is treated with over heat and hot-dip galvanizing process, inner paint with high temperature paint. Bolts connect support brackets and bank. Components are well-distributed; each module is distributed with uniformity to make sure the proper weight distribution and cooling.

    Application
    Generators installed in the field must be periodically tested and exercised to ensure that it will operate as intended when a power outage actually occurs. Service groups use load banks to apply a load that mimics the load of the facility the generator is protecting. Any problems with the generator can then be identified and rectified in a non-critical environment.
